Shipping options range from overnight to 5-day delivery. The options will be shown at time of purchase, enabling you to choose the method and timeframe that best suit your needs. Please contact us to arrange customized shipping on multiple board orders.
How long does each shipping method typically take?
Shipments are done on business days, Monday to Friday. Orders received after 2 p.m. weekdays through Thursday will be processed the next business day. Orders received after 2 p.m. Fridays or preceding a statutory holiday will be processed the following business day.
What is the cost of each shipping method?
The cost is dependent on which shipping method and timeframe you choose at the time of checkout. Options range from express, next-day delivery to 5-day shipping. It all depends on your needs.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Payment by Visa and MasterCard is available via our online shopping cart.
How long is your handling time?
Depending on when your order is placed online, it can take up to 24 hours for processing. You will receive a confirmation email that the order has been placed with your order details. Your custom activity board is then manufactured to your desired specifications in approximately 10 business days. Upon completion, you will receive another email with shipping and tracking information. Because of the custom nature of this product, delays could happen. Rest assured our customer service team will always keep you in the loop and get your activity board to you as soon as possible.
Any restrictions? (P.O. Boxes)
Unfortunately, due to size and weight restrictions, we do not deliver to post office boxes. Please contact us to make other arrangements if that’s your current situation.
