Warranty and Returns


Thank you for your interest in the products and services of MyActivityBoard.com (MAB). This limited warranty applies only to physical goods purchased from MAB.

What does your warranty cover?

In the first 2 years after purchase, MAB provides a full replacement warranty for manufacturing defects to the wood backer, titles, and colour changes to the activity board. MAB will ask you to take pictures if we request a return. MAB will pay for the return shipping and send the board back to you free of charge. MAGFrames are covered by a lifetime replacement warranty, for manufacturing defects only. We require customers to ship the defective MAGFrame at their expense and MAB will pay to deliver the replacement.

What does your warranty not cover?

The warranty does not cover general wear & tear and abuse.

How long does the coverage last?

There is a 2-year full replacement or repair to the activity board and a lifetime replacement warranty on the MAGFrames.

What will MAB do to correct the problem?

MAB will correct manufacturing defect problems only within the 2-year warranty period. We ask that you take pictures of the activity board and email them to us in order for Customer Service to initiate the warranty process. Are there any returns on purchased items?

MAB provides a 30-day return policy. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. There are no refunds on the initial shipping costs.
